In a world racing toward automation, we instead focus on amplification. Our goal is to amplify human ingenuity, not replace it, by creating AI that is a true partner to the human mind.

We have a unique belief in this product because we are its first and most demanding users. Our team used our own digital twins to go from initial idea to a fully-realized company in under 30 days of actual work.

Who is behind TwinWise AI?

We are a small, multidisciplinary team of co-founders with deep expertise in AI, security, legal, and growth strategy. Our product is a component of our parent company, Synaptic Spike Venture Studios. We are building the next stage of human-centric AI and the future of work. We not only believe in the product we’ve built, but we also continually use our own digital twins.

What is a TwinWise digital twin?

A digital twin is you, as an AI agent. Or more precisely, it’s a digital twin of your mental architecture, so it’s your mind, reimagined. We’re specifically not trying to clone you or replicate you. A twin, at its core, is very much like you – how you think and reason, what your personality is like, your quirks, and focused on your expertise area. Therefore, it’s the best-suited type of AI to work with you and even work for you. Why? Because it thinks like you think, and it knows you almost as well as you might know yourself. Therefore, it’s the one AI that can bridge the gap between your mind and other AI tools.

How is my digital twin created?

We don’t want your documents or your data; we want to get to know you. Your twin intake interviews take just a few hours and happen over 3 sessions your first week. We get to know you, both as a professional and a person. Our proprietary mix of interviews, mental tasks, and expertise assessment provides a unique view into what makes you the professional you are. Leveraging that information, we map out both your twin’s role and your role as collaborators working together. The twin works as your collaborator, not a replacement. It’s designed to adapt to your needs and reasoning, reducing the learning curve often associated with new tools. That’s the beauty of it. It’s not AI that just sounds like you, it’s AI that thinks like you and understands you. 

How is my data used? What control do I have?

At TwinWise, your data and your digital twin are yours and yours alone. Your data is protected by end-to-end encryption and stored in its own private index. It is not used to train external models. Access to your digital twin is limited to a single device or platform, allowing for streamlined monitoring and technical support while maintaining a focus on core functionality and security. We do not allow other twins access to your twin or your data; usage of another person’s twin can only happen with consent, but it is not something that we are currently offering or allowing. If this ever becomes an option in the future, it is entirely up to you as to whether or not others could use your twin, and you would always have full consent over who that was and for what. 

What happens to my digital twin if I leave the platform?

Your twin and your mind are your own. When you leave the TwinWise platform, your digital twin is retired, and all user data is deleted within 90 days, as required by California Privacy Act rules and regulations. Your twin would no longer be usable and would not be used for any internal purposes, training, or assessments. If you’re leaving the platform and your twin is in any way involved in illegal actions, or TwinWise is contacted by the authorities, your twin will be subject to the same laws of search and seizure. 

What is human-centered, ethical AI?

This is our multi-layered governance framework, which combines ethical AI oversight, enterprise-grade security, and regulatory alignment. Domain experts conduct ongoing, periodic updates to their AI twins to ensure outputs remain accurate, explainable, and aligned with real-world expertise. Refusal protocols, escalation mechanisms, and transparent reasoning paths safeguard against bias, hallucination, and misuse.

What makes TwinWise AI unique or different from other AI chatbots and tools?

TwinWise AI is different from other startups and AI tools for three specific reasons: (1) We want to talk about the ethics of AI; (2) We believe that any AI tool can be personalized to a single user, and not doing so is a disservice; (3) We don’t want your data, we want to get to know you, because you are much more complex than just your data.

Using data is an imperfect and incomplete way to represent a human because you are more than just data. You are a complex person, with unique differences that make you who you are, and we aim not only to celebrate that but also to amplify it. Therefore,  anyone has enough information to create a twin, and it only takes a few hours of chatting with TwinWise to get it done! The fact that other companies don’t do that means that those AI tools and products can never be truly personalized to you, which is why this type of personalization is often left up to the user to handle. Making it the user’s responsibility is a reason why many current AI tools over-promise and under-deliver. 

Beta Tester FAQs

Who is the TwinWise AI beta program for? 

The beta program is designed for a diverse and dynamic group of individual experts who are independent businesspeople or solopreneurs, ensuring there are no IP conflicts with businesses not interacting directly with TwinWise.

What are the key features available in the beta program? 

In the beta program (Wave 1), experts receive exclusive, private access to their digital twin, with usage limited to a single device or platform (e.g., TwinWise Member portal, Slack integration only). We transcribe voice-to-text whenever you need, so it’s not heavily dependent on you typing everything out. We currently support the following file types: TXT, MD, MDX, MARKDOWN, PDF, HTML, XLSX, XLS, DOC, DOCX, CSV, EML, MSG, PPTX, PPT, XML, and EPUB.

What is expected of beta users? 

Beta users are expected to actively collaborate with the TwinWise team, providing regular, detailed feedback on a weekly basis over the first month. Active and consistent use is crucial for generating meaningful feedback to iterate on your twin’s performance and achieve maximum value.

How will data privacy and security be handled during the beta? 

All interactions and data in the pilot remain confidential, with robust encryption and adherence to applicable privacy standards. Our infrastructure enforces end-to-end encryption, strong authentication (including multi-factor authentication and biometric support), and secure data handling with regional hosting. Data is protected both at rest and in transit. We maintain continuous monitoring and audit logging to ensure security and trust.

How can I sign up for the beta waitlist? 

You can sign up for the beta waitlist via our website. We are currently running a private, closed beta, and will begin opening up the waitlist this fall. 

Is the beta free? Will I have to pay later? 

Yes, the beta is free for selected participants. You will not be charged during the beta period. After the beta, we may introduce paid plans based on usage needs, and beta testers will be offered early access to preferred pricing.

Can I improve or evolve my digital twin after the initial sessions?

Yes. While your twin is created in just a few hours, it’s not static. Over time, you can provide feedback and work with us to refine how your twin thinks and responds. We view your twin as a dynamic collaborator who grows with you.

How long does the beta last?

The beta program runs for approximately 60-90 days. This allows us enough time to refine the experience together and prepare for the next wave of access.

What kind of support will I receive during the beta testing period?

All beta users will have a dedicated point of contact and access to support via our member Slack channel and support email. We’re here to troubleshoot, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth experience.
