How does TwinWise build my Cognitive Twin?

Your Cognitive Twin is built through four guided sessions of about 45 minutes each, taken at your own pace. Grounded in cognitive science, the sessions use interviews and mental exercises to capture how you reason directly from you, rather than just scraping your documents. From there, we build a living model of how you think and decide, which grows more accurate as you use it and give feedback.

Do I need to upload documents or files to build my Twin?

As part of the Cognitive Twin creation process, we will ask you to upload documents such as your resume and content you have written so your Twin can start building your writing style and use your experience as context. Uploading files is optional, since your cognitive twin starts with your thinking, not by scraping your data.

Once it's built, you log into the TwinWise platform and start working. No prompting, no setup, no explaining your context again. Use it to draft communications, think through a hard decision, or make sense of a dense report before you dig into it yourself. It reasons the way you would, and it hands information back to you already shaped the way you think.

Yes. You keep changing, and your Twin changes with you. Periodic intake sessions keep it in sync as your thinking and expertise grow, so it continues to reason the way you do today, not the way it did when it was built.

Yes. If it's faster to talk through your thinking than type it, your Twin will transcribe it as you go.

TwinWise collects and processes the personal information you share with us, including your conversations, preferences, life details, and history, to build your Cognitive Twin. Does TwinWise use my data to train AI for other people?

Your Cognitive Twin learns and evolves over time, just as you do. TwinWise as a whole also gets better as more people use it. That improvement comes from broad, de-identified patterns across all users, never anything that could be traced back to you personally. Your Personal Intelligence and conversations with your Twin are never shared with third parties, unless you choose to share them. We never share your identifiable information with third parties outside of what's described in this Privacy Statement.
